• The Chairman – The Director of IPGMER
• Members – The Medical Superintendent cum Vice Principal and All Heads of the Department
• Convener -  The College Secretary

Functions

• Advising Director in academic, disciplinary and administrative issues of the college
• Coordination of functioning of various departments
• Assisting Director in liaising with the Higher Authorities
• Organizing Inter departmental meets.

Sessions – Generally once in two months.
