NEET-PG 2022 qualified candidates who have joined IPGME&R, Kolkata, for various MD-MS courses for 2022-25 academic session are hereby being informed that they are to report for joining from November 1, 2022, onwards.
Please report to the Student Section first where you will be given Medical Course Joining form. You may also download this form here.
Fill-up the form in triplicate (3 copies), get them forwarded by Head of your respective department and submit them in the Dean’s office with 1 extra color passport size photograph (for ID card purpose) and supporting photocopies of admission documents. After countersignature of the Dean, collect back 2 copies – one for your department and one for yourself.
Candidates who want to apply for Hostel Accommodation are to collect Hostel Application Form from the Dean’s office at the time of joining. Allotment of hostel seat is subject to availability, residential address, open / in-service category and departmental recommendations. Hostel committee decision will be final in this regard. Outstation candidates are advised to make alternative accommodation arrangements, in consultation with their departments, till such time that hostel seat can be provided to them.
